Connect your AI

Four ways to use Kenki with AI.

Loading…

Pick whichever fits. Each one takes under a minute to set up.

Option 1 · Your AI agent
Plug your agent into Kenki.
Works with anything that speaks MCPOpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cline, Continue, Cursor, Zed, and others. Your agent can read your health data and log entries on your behalf.
Read only — answer questions about my data
"How was my sleep last week?" "Am I close to my water goal?"
Read + log entries — like a coach Paid
Same as above, plus can log water, food, vitals, sleep, supplements when you ask.
Full access — read & write everything Paid
For agents you trust completely. Can change goals, delete entries, etc.
Heads up. Full access lets your agent modify anything in your Kenki account. Only enable this for an agent you control. Revoke anytime below.
Token created. Give this prompt to your AI agent.
Best for OpenClaw, Claude, Cursor, and other tool-using agents. The agent should install the MCP config, reload tools, list Kenki tools, then tell you it worked.
Agent setup prompt

Paste the prompt into the AI agent you want to connect. It includes the config and tells the agent to verify the tools.
If your client has a manual MCP settings screen, expand Raw MCP config below and paste the JSON.
Note: this is HTTP JSON-RPC, not SSE. If your client offers both, pick "HTTP". Agent-readable setup guide: /.well-known/kenki-mcp.md.
▸ Raw MCP config · for manual client settings

We don't keep a copy of the token. Save it somewhere safe — if you lose it, just connect again and revoke the old one.
▸ Manual fields · if your client asks for URL + token separately
URL
https://kenki.ai/mcp
Authorization header
Token only (no "Bearer " prefix)
▸ Older clients · local stdio bridge fallback
If your client doesn't support remote MCP yet, run a local Node bridge:

Option 2 · API key
Bring your own API key.
Use Kenki's built-in chat with your OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic account. Your usage, your bill, your model choice. Key is encrypted and never leaves the server. OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic keys give the chat tool access — it can log water, food, vitals, sleep, supplements, etc. when you ask. For an external agent (Claude Desktop, Cursor, etc.), use Option 1 above.
Not connected
Get a key from your provider's dashboard. We encrypt it before storing.
Option 3 · Quick paste
Copy Markdown health snapshot.
A focused summary of the last 7 days in plain Markdown. No setup, no token. Hit copy, open Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — paste, ask your question.
  1. 1 Click Copy Markdown health snapshot.
  2. 2 Open your AI of choice and paste. Add your question.
  3. 3 The snapshot stays on your clipboard — Kenki never sees it leave.
Profile basics, goals, last 7 days of water / sleep / recovery / food / vitals / meds / supplements / body — concise enough to paste. Want everything? Use Option 4 below for the full archive.
Option 4 · Take it with you
Download full data archive.
A zip with everything Kenki has stored about you, every row in every table. Use it however — feed it to any AI, archive it, switch services. Your data, your call.
Profile & goals
Water logs
Sleep logs
Food logs
Vitals
Medications
Supplements
Body measurements
Appointments
Dental records
Lab records
Medical history
Menstrual logs
Movement & recovery
Each table is saved as its own JSON file inside the zip, plus a README. Only your own data — nobody else's.
