Kenki ("we," "us," "the Service") is a personal health intelligence platform available at kenki.ai. By accessing or using Kenki, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Important: Kenki is a health tracking tool, not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical advice, and not a diagnostic or treatment platform. See our Health Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kenki. Because we handle health-related data, this age requirement is higher than typical services. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You're responsible for all activity under your account.
One person per account, don't share accounts or track another person's health data without their explicit consent.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. The Service
Kenki provides tools for personal health tracking, including:
Medication management and reminders
Appointment scheduling and provider records
Vitals, measurements, and body tracking
Sleep, water, food, and supplement logging
Dental health records
Menstrual cycle tracking
Medical history records
Health goals and weekly reports
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
5. Your Data & Ownership
You own your data. Everything you enter into Kenki, medications, appointments, health metrics, notes, belongs to you.
We don't sell your health data. Ever.
We don't use your health data for advertising.
You can export all your data at any time via the Data Export tool.
You can delete your health data in Settings and request account deletion at any time.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
If you opt in, food entries, meal photos, corrections, and recognition features may be used to build and improve Kenki's own food recognition and nutrition database.
6. AI Agent Access
Kenki supports integration with AI assistants and agents. This feature is designed so that your AI assistant can help you manage your health, but only with your explicit permission.
Opt-in only: AI agent access is never enabled by default. You must explicitly grant permission.
Granular control: You choose exactly what data categories an AI agent can access (e.g., medications but not medical history).
Revocable: You can revoke AI agent access at any time, effective immediately.
No default training: Your health data shared with AI agents is not used to train AI models by Kenki unless you separately opt in to a specific improvement feature, such as food photo recognition.
Your responsibility: You're responsible for understanding the privacy practices of any AI service you connect to Kenki.
7. Food Database Contributions
When you log food, scan barcodes, upload meal photos, or correct nutrition details, Kenki may save those entries as part of your account and, if you opt in or mark a contribution public, use them to improve Kenki's food recognition and nutrition database.
You keep ownership of your personal health logs and can export or delete them.
Kenki may store derived nutrition facts, embeddings/features, hashes, confidence scores, labels, and correction history to improve matching and reduce repeated manual entry.
Raw meal photos are retained for improvement only when you explicitly allow raw photo retention; otherwise Kenki may keep features/metadata instead of the original image.
Third-party food data is used according to the applicable provider terms or licenses. Kenki will not intentionally bulk-copy proprietary food databases unless licensed or otherwise permitted.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Kenki for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service by automated means without permission
